[Product Description]
This is a plastic model kit that requires assembly and painting. Tools, paints, etc. are required separately.
Product Description
This is a plastic assembly kit of the Yahagi, the fourth of the Agano-class light cruisers planned under the Fourth Replenishment Plan of 1939. Completed in December 1943, it fought bravely in the Battle of the Philippine Sea and the Battle of the Philippine Sea.
The model recreates the ship's appearance in April 1945, when it shared the fate of its final assault on Okinawa with the battleship Yamato.
The ship's unique armament, including two quadruple torpedo tubes, is sharply finished. Its numerous anti-aircraft guns and anti-aircraft machine guns convey the intensity of American carrier-based aircraft attacks at the end of the war. Total length when completed: 247mm.
