How to Use
Mix using a non-metallic bowl and utensil. Mix 3 parts water or apple cider vinegar with 1 part clay and stir until a smooth paste forms. Add more water or clay as needed. Gently massage the mask into your skin and let it dry for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse with warm water.
You may feel a tightening or tightening sensation as toxins bind to the clay. This is usually a sign of healthy blood circulation. Any redness will gradually subside.
