Din păcate, experiența mea cu această platformă a fost una foarte neplăcută. Produsul primit a fost neconform cu descrierea. Am comandat un anumit model, însă am recepționat un produs de altă culoare decât cel selectat. Mai mult decât atât, am achiziționat produsul împreună cu un card microSD, care trebuia să fie inclus în colet, însă acesta a lipsit. Totul a fost filmat, documentat, a fost expediate toate video și pozele. Am sesizat imediat problema către echipa de suport Joom, însă obiecțiile mele au fost ignorate în totalitate. În loc să mi se ofere o soluție concretă (înlocuire, rambursare sau clarificare), am fost întâmpinat cu acuzații nefondate, susținându-se că aș scrie de pe un alt profil, lucru complet neadevărat. Consider că modul de gestionare a situației de către Serviciul Suport, în special de către consultantul Anton, a fost lipsit de profesionalism și orientare către client. Recomand viitorilor cumpărători să fie atenți și să verifice cu mare grijă comenzile primite. Sper ca această recenzie să determine platforma să trateze mai responsabil reclamațiile clienților. I ordered a specific model, but I received a product in a different color than the one selected. Additionally, I purchased the item together with a microSD card, which was supposed to be included in the package, but it was missing. I immediately contacted Joom’s support team to report the issue, but my objections were completely ignored. Instead of being offered a proper solution (replacement, refund, or clarification), I was met with unfounded accusations claiming that I was writing from a different profile, which is absolutely not true. I find the way this situation was handled by the Support Service, especially by consultant Anton, to be unprofessional and not customer-oriented. I advise future buyers to carefully check their orders upon delivery. I hope this review encourages Joom to handle customer complaints more responsibly
Needs payment for cloud storage. Works only with their app. The battery is so bad, and it’s charging way too long. Asks to be charged very loudly at random times and wakes up the whole house. After a year it stopped working.
Bateria deja nu semai incarca a funcționat doar 3 luni. Atu ci chind este cineva la usa nici nu a înregistrat cel mai rau produs . Nu procurați este un rahat
Kamera fyller sin funksjon. Men vær oppmerksom, den fungerer med et betalt abonnement. Uten dette fungerer den bare som en dørspion. Abonnementet er ikke dyrt, så det er ikke et problem.
