For returns, please use the same courier service that delivered the product. Any additional cost resulting from using another courier service will be borne by the buyer.

Exchanges and returns are not accepted if the product box is damaged or if the original box or plastic packaging is damaged by attaching a shipping label, applying tape, or similar actions. Please use double packaging.

Exchanges and returns are not accepted if signs of wear, wrinkles, missing tags, or other damage to product value make resale difficult.

Inspection may take approximately 7 business days after the product is collected.

Exchange processing may take approximately one week and may be unavailable due to stock conditions.

If the replacement item is out of stock, the request will be processed as a return, and a round-trip shipping fee of KRW 6,000 may apply.

If you want to receive the product quickly, we recommend returning the existing order and placing a new order.
