【Enjoy a higher-class BBQ experience🍖】Plank BBQ, popular in America, involves grilling food on a plank. Grilling fish and meat on a plank results in a juicy finish due to indirect heat. Additionally, the smoke produced by the burning plank imparts a unique flavor, allowing you to enjoy a highly aromatic, smoky BBQ experience.
【Made with domestically produced brand cedar planks🌲】The brand cedar "Miyama Cedar" from Yamagata City, Gifu Prefecture, blessed with abundant nature, is dried slowly in the sun. Compared to general machine drying, it takes more time and effort, but this removes excess sap from the cedar, resulting in a pleasant aroma without any unpleasant aftertaste. The plate can be used as a serving dish as is, and after use, it can be placed directly into a campfire. This reduces washing up and waste, making it environmentally friendly.
[Cooking Instructions 🔥] ① Lightly rinse the plank and place it in the included resealable bag. Add approximately 400ml of water to the bag and soak for at least one hour. *Soaking for a longer time will prevent the plank from overcooking. ② Place your desired ingredients on the plank and wrap the whole thing in aluminum foil. *Seasoning it a little more strongly will result in a tastier dish. ③ Depending on the size of the ingredients, it will be cooked in about 20-30 minutes. You can cook it on a portable gas stove in addition to a barbecue grill. ④ The fragrant smoked food made from Miyama cedar is complete. [Recommended Recipes 🍳] We recommend recipes that mainly feature fish or meat, such as "Smoked Salmon with Lemon," "Smoked Chicken," and "Plank Pork Shabu-Shabu with Cabbage." For more details, please see the product details page.
