Hello, This jumpsuit is one of the biggest disappointments I have experienced with online shopping. There is no resemblance between the product shown in the photos and the item I received. The quality is very poor, the fabric is cheap, shiny polyester, and it is nothing like denim in either appearance or quality. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and would like to return the item and receive a refund. Thank you for your assistance. Brenholtz rohale P.S. I am extremely upset that you have not given me the option to return this product and receive a full refund. This garment is a disgrace to your company and a deeply insulting experience for the customer. There is absolutely no resemblance between the product advertised on your website and the item I received — not in quality, fabric, color, appearance, or length. I expect you to provide me immediately with a return option and a full refund, including any applicable return costs.

Nice dress, the color is a bit washed out, not brilliant as in the photograph, not true to size, I should’ve gotten one size less? It’s huge and I’m too tall and it’s a bit too short… so please use full size women with the bigger sizes and the small sizes for the slimmer girls … at least we’ll have an idea and an opinion of how we bigger size women would look in those kind of dresses … anyway thanks a lot for the speedy delivery, awesome on that note, cannot complain. Just be careful with the 50 sizes caus they seem like 52/54 ok? Thanks again Joom! See ya on the next buy! 😉

This a fake one! First of all, the pants arrived two weeks later than promised. On top of that, the product we received looks nothing like the original Iets Frans pants shown in the online images. They are clearly fake and of very poor quality. The logo is badly stitched onto the wrong side, and the material feels cheap and nothing like what you would expect from the original product. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with both the quality and the misleading product images. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

Jooms consumer rights are a joke. I ordered this according to the size charts on the product page. It was way too big. Not wanting to pay return costs I send refund request hassling with taking photos and stuff. Joom denies the request and demands that I *measure* the item?!? What measures do they mean? Its just to get you to give up. I bought five items, all too big, all based on the item descriptions, from different vendors. So I have to pay return cost to FIVE adresses in china. Yeah...
