Cinnamon Sticks Cassia Vera 2cm Indonesia 1kg

Warm reddish-brown curls of cassia vera cinnamon, gathered as short, rolled sticks with open centres and naturally uneven edges. The look is rustic and simple: dry bark-like pieces with a matte surface, made for a pantry or blending shelf where visual texture matters as much as quantity.

What you'll notice in the bag

Each piece has the familiar curled form of cinnamon stick, with hollow spirals visible at the ends.

The colour shifts from soft ochre to deeper brown, giving the pile a warm, earthy appearance.

The sticks are short and compact, with natural variation in curl, thickness and edge finish.

The surface looks dry and lightly rough, rather than polished or uniform.

Cassia vera in whole stick form

This is cassia vera cinnamon presented as small rolled sticks. The pieces are not ground or powdered, and the photo shows a loose collection of individual curls with visible cut ends and natural variation from piece to piece.

Keeping it at its best

Store the sticks in a clean, dry, closed container, away from moisture and strong direct light. As with dried botanicals and spices, keeping them sealed helps preserve their appearance and keeps the pieces free from kitchen damp.
