Colour arrives before the first word. This Lokta paper notebook has a lively patchwork cover, with blocks of blue, orange, green, red, pink and purple patterning that make a desk feel less ordinary and a blank page more inviting.
Patchwork colour at your fingertips
The cover mixes floral, tiled and scrolling motifs, giving it a gathered, collage-like character.
A cord wraps around a small round button, adding a simple tactile pause before you open it.
The multi-colour design suits journalling, sketching, travel notes and the sort of lists worth keeping.
A slim bookmark is included, so your place stays easy to find between thoughts.
The strong pattern makes it easy to spot in a bag or on a crowded desk.
Lokta paper, made for slow pages
Lokta paper is known for its natural, fibrous feel and characterful surface. Here, it gives the notebook a more tactile presence than a standard exercise book, with a cover that feels closer to a small handmade object than office stationery.
For journals, sketches and gathered thoughts
Use it for morning notes, rough drawings, reading lists, travel fragments or ideas that need somewhere more personal than a screen. Keep it beside a favourite pen, or carry it when you want paper close at hand.
A paper tradition with texture
Lokta paper is closely associated with Himalayan papermaking, where the material is valued for its distinctive texture and long use in everyday writing, record-keeping and craft. This notebook keeps that spirit in a modern, playful form: practical enough for daily notes, but full of colour and personality. The patchwork look gives each writing session a little ceremony, without making the object feel too precious to use.
