How to Install:
1. Place the first rotating ring under the ball on the top of the flagpole and tighten it. Connect the top grommet of the sign to the hanging buckle on the mounting ring.
2. Place the second rotating ring on the necessary position of the flagpole, and then tighten it. Connect the bottom grommet of the sign to the hanging buckle on the other mounting ring.
