As the "III" in the title suggests, it's a popular series in America, and despite being rated for ages 18 and up, it has a strong fan base. The game is, in a sense, simple and straightforward: aim to become the world's most ruthless crime lord. However, the game's depiction is extremely extreme, allowing players to experience every kind of evil imaginable, such as "beating people to death," "stealing cars you want," and "running over pedestrians with those cars." These unprecedented actions are sure to excite even the most avid gamers.

Although originally a Western game, Capcom has localized it into Japanese for the Japanese market, so even those unfamiliar with the series can play this installment. The title is full of slang, but the Japanese localization takes that into account, which is another enjoyable aspect.
