How to use: Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Apply toothpaste to the toothbrush. Brush thoroughly after each meal or 23 times a day, or brush thoroughly as directed by a dentist or doctor. Be careful not to swallow and spit it out after brushing. For children under 6 years of age, use a pea-sized amount to minimize swallowing and supervise until proper brushing and rinsing habits are established.
