Usage: Powder filling for 0# hollow capsules (capsules can be filled normally if slightly deformed)
How to Use:
1. Separate 400 capsules into containers (the long part is the capsule body and the short part is the capsule cover)
2. Put the body plate on the table, put the arrangement plate on the body plate.
3. Pour 400 capsules into the arrangement plate, gently shake to make the capsules fall into the hole. If there is an opening down into the hole, take the capsules out and place them again with the opening up.
4. Put the baffle on the body plate, pour the powder on it, and use the scraper to evenly load the powder into the capsule.
5. Add more powder until the capsule is full. Remove the capsule and take out the capsule cover plate.
6. Gently dig until the capsule cover falls into the hole. If there is an opening falling into the hole, take the capsule out and place it again with the opening capsule facing upward.
7. Remove the arrangement plate and place the center plate on the capsule cover plate. Take out the body plate and flip the capsule cover plate and center plate together onto the body plate.
8. Press firmly on the capsule cover plate (remember to press evenly on all sides of the capsule cover plate and hear a snapping sound, indicating that the capsule is locked). Remove capsule cover plate.
9. Lift center plate, capsule filling is complete.
