Me tellisime Labubu ja nad saatsid meile roosa Labubu asemel hoopis teised värvid. Musta Labubu kohta: pilt lehel näeb hoopis teistsugune välja. Ja kvaliteet on kohutav. Tema teine käsi on lühem kui teine ja kogu nägu on viltu. Ja selle eest tuleb maksta 16,80. Ma olen pettunud, sest minu teised tellimused on tegelikult olnud väga toredad. Teised Labubu on väiksemad kui ma tellisin, sest esimest korda tellisin ka Labubu ja see oli kvaliteedilt nii tore mänguasi. Seetõttu tellisin samast sarjast nüüd teise värvi ja esiteks vale värv ja nad näevad hoopis teistsugused välja. Neil ei ole ka riputusrõngast. See on nii kahju.

Very very poor quality. Doesn't look like the one in the picture, the eyes are different sizes, the body is lop sided and the arms are bulging like crab legs. The clothes are a different pattern (in the picture he is wearing a red shirt under his tie and waistcoat but this one is more basic) and the one in the picture is wearing a coat made from a separate piece of material whereas the coat is just drawn onto the one we received. The red dye is not colour fat and has rubbed off onto the white material in transit. My son is so upset, he saved his pocket money to get this and it's nothing like what he ordered.

Я заказывала плюшевого друга своему сыну, а не сумку для девочки! Прошу срочно связаться со мной для разрешения данной ситуации. They didn't send what they were supposed to. In the photo in the product card there is a voluminous soft toy, but some flat one came in the format of a handbag with a chain handle and a zipper. Ich habe am 19. April insgesamt 8 Stück bestellt. Davon wurden lediglich 2 Stück am 2. Mai zugestellt – die restlichen 6 Stück fehlen bis heute. Die lange Wartezeit ist wirklich unverschämt. Besonders ärgerlich finde ich, dass alle Artikel am selben Tag bestellt wurden, aber anscheinend einzeln bzw. in kleinen Paketen versendet werden. Dadurch wurden mir insgesamt 3-mal zusätzliche Versandkosten von jeweils 4 € berechnet. Das bedeutet insgesamt 12 € Versandkosten für eine einzige Bestellung – absolut nicht kundenfreundlich. Sehr enttäuschend.
