I ordered a set of lifting hooks for both hands (or at least that’s what I thought). In the end, I received only one hook. It honestly feels like the seller assumes people only have one hand and doesn’t think it’s necessary to clearly specify in the description that this is not a pair. The images clearly show a set, and logically, people buy this product for both hands, not just one.

Item came broken, not even wrapped with bubble wrap, just in a bag. It should be with bubble wrap and in a box. I want a NEW ONE that is not broken. Even the pins are broken. Very disappointed and my son is very sad. Hope you send another one. Photo attached. An email has been sent to the seller and not even a reply I got, even a reminder has been sent.

Seller did a poor job sending these out in just a piece of bag. Nothing hardback to get it delivered perfectly. As a result all 4 ordered had to be thrown out since they are all bended and good to no use. At least Joom took the matter seriously and offered great customer support
