I'm sorry to say this, but I feel let down by this Seller, Joom & Customer Service. Especially Customer Service. Please note, this is the first time EVER with Joom that I'm annoyed with Customer Service or the product. Basically, the description says "Nail Art Sticker" & goes on to say "just peel & go." This is not the case!! These are Nail Art Water TRANSFERS not STICKERS, even though it's fully described as STICKERS! You cannot "peel & go" with water transfers... You need to cut them out, soak them, apply them, wait, dry them, remove backing... That is clearly not the "Peel & Go" stickers. Two different effects, two different methods... So Customer Service say the description matches the title & is not misleading... Even though the product doesn't match! If I want water transfers, I buy water transfers. I Never Go by title, but by the description. The person I spoke to really didn't give a care. Well...JOOM, if you don't want people complaining or asking for refund due to wrong type of item sent, then I think you should be regulating Sellers descriptions & products. Make sure the descriptions are CLEAR & EXACT, not saying one thing & get another! Like I said, this is the FIRST time I've been completely annoyed at a product or a Customer Service Representative. It's a shame the Customer Service Representative wasn't actually Listening!

Es ist da. Absolut wunderbar verpackt & sogar richtig stoßsicher. Ich mag dieses Präparat besonders gerne, da es eine recht angenehme Funktionsweise hat und tatsächlich die Haare schneller wachsen lässt. Es gibt ja die Behauptung, dass sein natürlich gar nicht möglich,weil die immer nur einen Zentimeter im Monat wachsen, aber seitdem ich das Extrakt meinem Shampoo tropfenweise hinzufüge ist die Länge um einiges rascher am entstehen & die Struktur der Haare ist viel besser geworden. Da ich etwa einen halben Meter am Kopf trage, ist Pflege besonders wichtig und dieses Elixier eignet sich hervorragend als Ergänzung Es ist also nicht meine erste Bestellung, sondern eine von vielen.

Reçu en 15 jours. Assez rapidement bien emballer dans un plastique bulle. Mon colis est arriver en parfait état donc je suis très contente. Le tampon est parfait bien rebondi et lisse ce qui permettra de faire des dessins net et précis, je suis agrableme t surprise par la qualité et la légèreté qu' tampon. Ce qui m attire le plus c est que le tampon est transparent pour permettre de bien avoir le visuel sur le tampon et ainsi me permettre de bien appliquer sur l ongle. Honnêtement je vous le recommande à 1000% si vous chercher quelque chose de léger agréable et pratique... merci au vendeur

Leichte Erwärmung auf der Haut. Ich mag's. Die rote Tube erwärmt noch mehr, finde ich auch gut. Könnte aber empfindlichen Menschen zu heiß werden. Braun ist dann besser. Leider sehr wenig Inhalt, Tube hält bei mir 3 bis 4 Anwendungen. Habe nicht nachgemessen, ob die Tuben effektiv wirkungsvoll sind. Bilde es mir aber ein 😉 mache aber gerade auch Diät. Falls effektiv keine Wirkung da ist, ist zumindest durch die Hauterwärmung bei mir ein positiver Placeboeffekt vorhanden. Gibt mir während meiner Diät ein gutes Gefühl und ich - glaube zumindest - es wirkt. Würde das aber nicht unterschreiben 😏
