The shoes do not match the color of the item I ordered. The seller cannot excuse this by claiming there may be color deviations due to lighting in product photos – this is not about minor shade differences, but a clear and significant color discrepancy. Please see the attached photos. I am also questioning whether this product is even authentic. In any case, this is not the product I ordered or the one shown in the advertisement. The attached photos clearly demonstrate the difference between the advertised product and the item I received. This was my first time ordering from Joom – and most likely my last. It took almost four weeks for the package to arrive, which only added to the disappointment upon opening it. I will of course be returning the item, and since the product does not match what was advertised, I expect the return shipping costs to be covered as well. A complete disappointment.

Ordered on May 24. Received on June 12. The size is correct. I usually wear size 38, but ordered 38.5 to have it more comfortable and they are a bit bigger on me as expected. I´m not satisfied with the material (hopefully leather) but it´s not smooth as you see it on the photos. I had the same sneakers earlier and the ones I got look completely different. On the ones I had the leather was smooth and all the stitches were inside, but here all the stitches are outside. Another thing is that the holes for the laces are different on these ones with no eyelets on them. Ana the front part of the shoe looks different in real life - compare my photo with photo nr.3 provided by the seller. I kept them just because they ask to pay the return fees if I decide to return the item. Otherwise I would have sent them back.

Nie wieder!!! Nicht empfehlenswert! Schuhe sind fast eine Größe kleiner, auf dem Etikett ist aber die richtige Größe drauf und viel zu eng. Die Rückgabe zu kompliziert, der Kunde muss es selbst bezahlen, immer wieder wurden Fotos zum Beweis verlangt, obwohl ich geschrieben hatte, dass die Schuhe einfach nicht passen. Schlussendlich habe ich zugestimmt 30 % des Kaufpreises als Rückerstattung zu erhalten bevor ich diesen Stress weiter mitmache und am Ende immer noch nicht weiß ob die Firma die Rückgabe akzeptiert. Immerhin, diese 30% sind sehr schnell zurücküberwiesen worden.

Medí mi pie y pedí la talla correspondiente pero me aprieta. Zapatillas correctas pero no puedo usarlas... o sea, no puedo valorar. Intento devolverlas y me dicen que lo envíe a Hong Kong por mi cuenta! Que vale más de 30€ el envío, un despropósito! No me dejan enviarlo al lugar de España de donde llegaron. NUNCA MÁS compraré en Joom. Dinero perdido en mi caso, que no es poco...

Embora pareçam ter qualidade, as sapatilhas são demasiado pequenas para um 37.5. Não corresponde a 23,5cm como dizem. Noutros modelos uso sempre este tamanho mas estas sapatilhas são mais pequenas que o normal. O apoio ao cliente não funciona, não respondem e não dão continuidade ao processo de devolução. Não vale a pena arriscar.
