Hi, I sent this mail to BIGBIZNB@163.COM on Monday 31st of August, in order to get reimbursed or get the item back: "I am contacting you regarding the shoes I returned this Monday. I purchased them through Joom, but unfortunately the size is too small for my son, which means he is completely unable to use them. I was on holiday and therefore could not send the shoes back earlier. As soon as I was able to, I returned them on Monday. I have now received an email stating that the return has been refused. I find this quite disappointing, as the shoes are unused and cannot serve any purpose for us simply because they do not fit my son. I would therefore ask you to reconsider your decision and accept the return. I hope you can resolve this matter reasonably and make an exception in this case. If you nevertheless insist on refusing the return, then please return the shoes to me, as I do not agree to them being kept by you. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory solution. " Now I have no shoes and I paid already. Could you please help me?

Also die Schuhe bekommen von mir 5/5 Sternen. Bin generell von Anta überrascht und auch mit meinen C202 7 wirklich zufrieden. Die verarbeitung ist top und die schuhe erinnern mich zum Teil an die evo SL wobei mir dieser sogar ein wenig besser gefällt. Ich gebe aber nur 4 Sterne, da die Bestellung ca. 8-10 Tage laut Joom gebraucht hat, um überhaupt versendet zu werden und das Pakettracking zu undurchsichtig war. Generell würde ich den meisten leuten bei Joom empfehlen eher nur chinesische Schuhe zu kaufen, da ich bei vielen Händlern geschaut habe und die chinesen Schuhe meist immer original waren, während Schuhe von Nike und Adidas zum Beispiel oft gefälscht sind. Kann die Schuhe aber wirklich wärmstens empfehlen, bei diesem Händler, wenn ihr mit ungefähr 3 bis 3 1/2 Wochen warten könnt.

Lo primero, en la descripción del producto no dice que lo mandan desde China, lo que genera desconfianza con respecto a la originalidad de la marca (aunque pongan un check al lado de la marca). No te enteras hasta que el estado del pedido te avisa que sale de algún lugar en China. Cruzas los dedos para que cuando llegue, sea un producto original de marca y te encuentras con que EL VENDEDOR NO HA PAGADO LAS TASAS DE ADUANAS correspondientes y después de casi un mes esperando las zapatillas, te toca pagar 20,23€ de gestión aduanera cuando en el anuncio pone explícitamente “IVA Y DERECHOS DE ADUANAS INCLUIDOS”. Ya he verificado las zapatillas en Nike y si son originales con lo que procedo a reclamar los gastos de aduanas. No vuelvo a comprar en esta app.

Guten Tag, ich möchte die erhaltenen Schuhe zurücksenden, da sie leider nicht in einem einwandfreien Zustand angekommen sind. An einem der Schuhe befindet sich vorne eine deutlich sichtbare, feste Beule. Der andere Schuh weist Verschmutzungen und mehrere Kratzer auf. Insgesamt wirken die Schuhe auf mich nicht neuwertig, sondern bereits gebraucht bzw. abgenutzt. Da die Schuhe in diesem Zustand für mich nicht akzeptabel sind, möchte ich sie zurückgeben und bitte um eine vollständige Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises. A copy you can clearly see and feel just by looking and touching the materials and the shoe construction. Therefore the shoe is very expensive for the price being a copy and I don’t recommend because materials are low quality and will wear too fast. For example outsole and grip and insole cushioning, etc. Also this model is an example of stability but this case the frame is too weak and it is not comparable with the original at all. Watch out people with a weak ankle. This shoe will not bring the expected support. Does not worth risking again

I ordered the air jordan trunner. They do take slightly longer to come. But I tracked them every step of the way. I was more than pleased when they arrived. ONE tiny complaint ..43 is a 9 in Europe and UK when they arrived i would say they were 8 and a half ..I am a smaller 9 so they still fit well, but if your a big 9 ..maybe 44 ..otherwise they are perfect. I love the style and price. I read mixed reviews, I could nit pick with size but I was more than happy with this site and product, I will def order again ..

Estoy esperando que contesten para devolver el producto. Ya he enviado muchos correos con fotos explicando las irregularidades, talla grande, detalles diferentes a la original, producto sucio, entre otras y todavía no he recibido respuesta. Creo que esto es una estafa y si no me devuelven el dinero, denunciaré a las autoridades y a la oficina del consumidor. Espero que me contesten lo antes posible, porque llevo esperando mucho tiempo y no me dicen nada. EMPRESA POCO FIABLE. RECOMIENDO NO COMPRAR EN ESTA PÁGINA.

Tarne tarnija kaudu oli täiesti läbipaistmatu. Tellimisel näidati, et tarne peaks toimuma 5 päeva jooksul. See ei vastanud tõele, kuna kaup tuli Hiinast (!), mida tellimusest ei olnud ühelgi hetkel näha! Tarne võttis aega 4 nädalat. Lisaks pidin maksma täiendavaid tollimakse, mis tegi kauba lõpuks oluliselt kallimaks! See oli esimene ja viimane kord, kui ma siit tellisin.
