UPDATE: Customer Support were very helpful and fully refunded me. It's a real shame the item wasn't well packed. 🙁 ORIGINAL REVIEW: THE SELLER PACKED THIS , UNPADDED OR OTHERWISE PROTECTED, IN A THIN PLASTIC BAG!!! 😱😱😱 IT IS SQUASHED TO ABOUT HALF IT'S NORMAL HEIGHT! 😢 I am getting fed up with receiving items like this. I buy a lot from Joom and some sellers are very sensible with packaging. Thank you to all of those sellers. Their items arrive in good condition and I can leave them good feedback. Packing items in just a thin plastic bag is a false economy! You sell the item only to have your buyer refunded because your item arrived ruined! Please spend a little extra on your packaging, then you might actually get the money for the item you sold! I am so frustrated!!!!! 🤬😡😤😪

It is really comfortable, you don't even feel it, it's a bit messy tough so you need to be home to pull it out and the silicone could have been softer but it was still nice but 2 days after my period started, all my downstairs started itching, swelling and stinging. It's not because I didn't clean it, I boiled it and kept it clean so there is no way its because of bacteria

Not very happy with the way you have Packaged this item very careless you do not bend a stencil in half and post it I cannot use this stencil properly and get the proper effect I wanted very disgusted the stencils great in the design until you guys decided to fold it in half was there not even a bag to even put it in properly and had to use this small bag 😠😠😠😠😠😠
