How to Use: Apply evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every two hours. Use a waterproof sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Infants under 6 months: Consult a doctor. How to Protect Yourself from Sunburn: Use a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher regularly. Other sun protection tips: Limit outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, a hat, and sunglasses.
