Leider wurde nur auf mehrmalige Nachfrage ein Teilbetrag durch JOOM erstattet. Somit ist hier auf dieser Plattform hinsichtlich Fakes/Fälschungen besondere Vorsicht geboten! Die beigefügten Bilder zeigen nur zwei Beispiele des gefälschten QR-Codes aus China, welcher überhaupt nicht existiert, sowie der "lustigen China-Box"! This item is clearly and demonstrably a counterfeit—a so-called "fake"—as confirmed by the actual trademark holder, PUMA, and an expert assessment from an independent third party (in this case, a sneaker shop). Unfortunately, despite repeated inquiries, JOOM only issued a partial refund. Therefore, particular caution is advised on this platform regarding fakes and counterfeit goods. Verifiquei a autenticidade, bateu com os códigos, pedi informações para o vendedor, mas nunca tive respostas. Falei no chat da joom, respostas vazias e duvidosas. Porque paguei caro pelo produto e ficar na dúvida não é bom, pois sou contra a falsificação. Verifiquei o cód. da cx e do tênis no site da onitsuka tiger, consta lá. Conclusão, tudo bate como original, mas fiquei no desconforto pq o vendedor não retornou, o email que recebi do site da onitsuka tiger foi:"não podemos avaliar a autenticidade de produtos comprados em outras plataformas", como não pode sendo que eu consultei o código no próprio site deles e lá conta o cód, modelo como original. Só depois de uma semana após o recebimento que tirei o lacre do tênis e vou usar, mas guardei a cx,o lacre, tudo que veio junto, caso algum dia eu precise.

Very disappointing experience – would never buy from Joom again. I purchased a pair of New Balance shoes from joom, but after receiving them, I compared them carefully with the same model I purchased directly from the official New Balance website. There are noticeable differences in the shoes, including the quality and details, which makes me seriously question their authenticity. I have also found the return process extremely difficult and frustrating. It should not be this hard to return a product when there are serious concerns about its authenticity. This has been a very disappointing experience. I will never buy from Joom again and would strongly advise other customers to be very careful when purchasing from this seller.
