Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe am 15.08.26 bei Ihnen den Stark-Styler bestellt/Bestellnummer 263NEM23. Leider muss ich feststellen, dass das gelieferte Gerät mit einem japanischen Stecker und einer Spannung von 100 V ausgestattet ist. Das Gerät ist hier in Europa ohne einen speziellen und teuren Spannungswandler nicht sicher nutzbar. Ein Hinweis darauf fehlte in der Produktbeschreibung und entspricht nicht einem für den hiesigen Markt bestimmten Produkt. Ich muss auch erwähnen, dass das ein Vorführgerät war! Da das Gerät für mich so nicht verwendbar ist, reklamiere ich den Artikel hiermit. Bitte senden Sie mir ein Retouren-Label zu, damit ich das Produkt kostenfrei zurückschicken kann. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem. The original stand was replaced with a random one. Because of this issue, it’s impossible to place the figurine on the stand. The figurine itself and the box arrived without any defects, albeit with some delay. For this reason, I can’t give the product a high rating.The first picture shows what the original stand should look like; photo 2 shows what stand arrived. When receiving the item by mail, it was difficult to determine whether a replacement had occurred, as both stands are white, and it’s impossible to examine them closely without unpacking the original box.

Visiblemente es precioso. Las luces van cambiando desde una gama amarilla, naranja, rojo y muy leve verde. Suena muy bien pero, para lo pequeñito que es. No tiene ecualizador pero sí salida para conectarlo a unos altavoces externos. Para el exigente de musica, le falta algo de calidad. Para quién le guste tenerlo para escuchar canciones de fondo, es perfecto. Muy caro, pero más que nada por lo estético. Necesita adaptador de enchufe para Europa, que no lo trae. Aún así: muy contenta con él.
