How to use the product: Take an appropriate amount and apply evenly to the face, neck, and other areas exposed to UV rays. Apply liberally 15 minutes before going outdoors. Reapply at least every two hours. How to protect yourself from UV rays: Prolonged exposure to sunlight increases the risk of early skin aging. To block UV rays, regularly apply a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher. Other ways to block UV rays are as follows: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, a hat and sunglasses. For infants under 6 months of age, consult a doctor.
