[Pure Flow: The secret to award-winning deliciousness is the Pure Flow manufacturing method] We always perform thorough purity and quality control to improve taste and texture. By using seed honey (creaming base made from 100% Manuka honey) handmade by skilled craftsmen, this Manuka honey has a smooth texture and rich flavor without destroying nutrients.
[Report: Reliable traceability and analysis certificate] In addition to UMF certification recognized by the New Zealand government, it has been proven that glyphosate is not used and that no pesticide residues are detected. You can check and download the analysis certificate that certifies New Zealand Manuka honey (genuine product) using the batch number and QR code on the product label.
[Export: Thorough temperature control using refrigerated containers] When importing from New Zealand to Japan, the interior of the container becomes hot because it passes through the equator. Honey Valley Manuka Honey is shipped by sea in refrigerated containers to maintain the quality of Manuka Honey, which is sensitive to temperature changes.
[Mono Floral: 100% pure monofloral Manuka Honey] Manuka-only nectar harvested from the Manuka Forest. Honey Valley Manuka Honey meets the quality standards set by the New Zealand Government (MPI) and has been recognized as 'monofloral' through DNA testing.
[Ingredient: No additives, no heating, no antibiotics] Honey Valley Manuka honey is made using a special manufacturing method that does not destroy natural enzymes, minerals, and vitamins through non-heat processing. Raw honey is proven to be unheated by the HMF (Hydroxymethylfurfural) value (40mg/kg or less) on the UMF analysis certificate.
[UMF: New Zealand government-approved quality assurance system] UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) certification is proof that the purity and quality of Manuka honey is guaranteed. The UMF grade is determined from four unique components: MGO (methylglyoxal), DHA (dihydroxyacetone), HMF (hydroxymethylfurfural), and Leptosperin.
[MGO: Content of antibacterial active ingredient MGO] MGO (methylglyoxal) is Manuka honey's special antibacterial activity. The higher the number, the higher the rarity value and expectations. To make it easier for you to choose your favorite grade according to your physical condition and purpose, Honey Valley Manuka honey's UMF grade and MGO content are listed on the label. *Manuka honey with UMF10+ (MGO261+) or higher is called "active Manuka honey" and is also used for medical purposes in New Zealand.

<About New Zealand Honey> There are almost no bee diseases in New Zealand. It is also illegal to give antibiotics to bees. Countries that value living things and nature like this are the ones that can produce safe and secure honey. <Differences between Manuka honey and regular honey> Honey has antibacterial activity derived from hydrogen peroxide generated in living organisms, but its antibacterial activity varies. Some honeys have less antibacterial activity than sugar, while others stop bacterial growth even when diluted 100 times. These differences in antibacterial activity seen in honey are completely different depending on the type of honey. In that sense, Manuka honey is a truly special honey. Also, it is said that the antibacterial activity of general honey is sensitive to heat and does not show its effect when added to hot tea, etc. However, one of the characteristics of Manuka honey is that it is resistant to heat.
<How to consume Manuka honey> Consume 1 teaspoon (approximately 5m) 3 to 4 times a day. We also recommend spreading it on toast or adding it to yogurt or tea.
