I want to return the item, but it´s impossible!! According to the help centre QA, there should be a button called "return and refund"; however, there's no such option! Neither on the website nor in the application, so it´s impossible to return the item for me! There is no help centre or support where I could get the right answer and help with how to deal with this issue and how and where I can send the item back!! The chat told me that they are busy and I will get the answer in 9-10 days!! Please be so kind as to let me know how I can send the item back and get a refund! Thank you!

Tellisin kingad suuruses 39, see on minu standardsuurus ja istuvad hästi, kontsadest veidi lõdvad, aga see on ok. Pildilt ei saanud aru, et neil kingadel on väike konts, mis ei ole väga kõrge, seega pole probleemi. Jalatsites kulgeb kõndimine peaaegu probleemideta. Peaaegu sellepärast, et kingade kontsad on paraku väga karedad (& ei istu 100%), mistõttu hõõrud neid pikemalt kandes ja palju kõndides kontsi veidi. Nii et parem on kleepida tossusokid või need kõrgetele kingadele mõeldud kontsakleepuvad asjad.

Jooms consumer rights are a joke. I ordered this according to the size charts on the product page. It was way too big. I send refund request hassling with taking photos and stuff. Joom denies the request and demands that I *measure* the item?!? What measures do they mean? They just construct more and more loops for you to hop through until you give up. They say I also have the option to return at self-cost but provide no adress. I bought five items, all too big, all based on the item descriptions, from different vendors. So I have to fund return cost

Ich habe meine Bestellung zwar rechtzeitig erhalten, auch wenn die Lieferung lange gedauert hat. Ich dachte, das Warten würde sich lohnen. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass der Artikel nicht wie auf den Fotos aussieht. Das Oberteil des Badeanzugs ist blau, die Shorts sind schwarz und passen nicht zusammen. Außerdem ist das Oberteil viel kürzer als auf den Bildern dargestellt. Obwohl ich Größe L bestellt habe, fällt der Artikel eher wie Größe 36 aus. Das ist sehr schade, denn ich wollte ihn mit in den Urlaub nehmen.

La couleur de cet ensemble 3 pièces reçue n'est pas conforme à sa description. Mais de très bonne qualité, juste un effort pour travailler la couleur à recevoir qui devrait être grise foncée et non grise trop clair. J'avais reçue un gris très très clair qui ressemble quasiment à du blanc, alors que j'avais commandé en gris mais c'est pas grave y'a comme même des efforts de qualité. Merci Joom et courage pour le travail de la qualité Et surtout de la couleur de l'ensemble à recevoir.
