Padlock delivered without keys - completely useless. Package undamaged, so not a transit delivery issue. Problem entirely with the supplier. None of the "problem with product" or "warranty" links work, no online chat, do not buy with JOOM. The App refund function doesn't show the order but the order shows in reviews. No means of contact resolve problems. Despite links and QR codes there is no chat available, in the iPhone App and the website, as promised. This a completely rubbish online consumer experience. If I could post a review with zero stars for a complete consumer fail by JPOM and the supplier I would, but the lowest I can rate is 1 star. I'm betting they delete this review without following up their failure.

I thought i'm gonna be disapointed, but I really like this necklace! Its nice and it looks great.

Perfect and exactly like the advertisement, will be buying more rings to share with the hubby 🙂

It is very bad the needle hole is smaller than the actual piercing. I do not recommend.

The circumference is much smaller than stated (approx. 16 cm), so it is too tight.

100% saisfied.i lobe the bracelet a lot.so beautiful.thak you sender and joom

It works but the needle is to small for the jewellery

Size is really small
