One of the boots is damaged, I've addressed this issue 3 times with Joom but nothing seems to be happening, you are constantly given automated messages, its so frustrating and I'm left with a boot that has damage on it, not great, be careful when ordering.

I received my package today: September 9, 2026. And I was very disappointed, because the boxes have nothing to do with the ones you see on the website, which are more robust and elegant. These I received look sewn together haphazardly at the last moment, one had the cellophane half torn and the surprise was that the zipper is broken, congratulations! The shoes, however, are quite tight. If they don't stretch out at least a little... I'll give them away.. Anyway, this is the last time I buy online from you, a dissatisfied customer.

Super comfortable, fits the foot very well, the only flaw is that the interior is made of synthetic leather, if it were made of the same material as the strap that holds the instep, or another type of material, it would be perfect. Thank you, even so I liked them very much

Description consistent with the received product, comfortable footwear, warm inside, strong Velcro, wide toe box - comfortable for toes (even with a bunion).
