Medium size handbag is perfect for any woman or school girl.Made from leatherette type of material.Don't think you can put heavy things in it as fabric wouldn't be that strong.Has lots of pockets on outside ,lining on inside .Can wear as back pack or as a shoulder bag,the strap came inside of the bag.Delivery took 4 weeks to Ireland.Happy Shopping!

It is impossible to return the item. Do not buy any item from Joom thinking about that you can return it. The ‘easy to return’ is just a lie! I ordered one that is too small and thinking about getting a larger one. But they wanted me to ship the item all the way back to China with my own cost, which will cost me half the cost of the item.

I received a completely different backpack than the one I ordered—it is wrong in color, style, and quality. I do not recommend shopping here, as they clearly do not care about fulfilling orders correctly. They are completely unreliable and unacceptable. I request a full refund immediately!

The product is extremely bad, and the website has a very difficult return policy. They are not cooperative at all, and the quality of the product is really poor. Their only goal seems to be financial gain and getting money without providing quality.

They sent a bag of a different color (I ordered a dark brown bag in the photo it looks darker than in real life), with a different keychain and handles , not only different in appearance , but also long

This is lovely and as expected for the price. However I was sent a bag that was a different colour and price to what I ordered. I received a 28cm etoupe, but I ordered a 32cm khaki.

Very nice! Exactly what I needed. Big enough to fit the basic necessities for a day of work. Zippers and Velcro are pretty decent quality.
