THIS PRODUCT IS A DANGEROUS FAKE!! Do not buy under any circumstances. I have tested it with a UV camera and UV stickers. It has no SPF whatsoever. The camera picks it up as white (real sunscreen shows up as black on your skin) and the UV sticker turned a dark purple just as the control with no sunscreen on it. It's probably just cheap body lotion. You will not be protected from UV A or B rays if you apply this to your skin. I am going to request my money back!

This item does not work. All papers are stuck together therefore the item is unusable. I believe it might be fake because the products are more orange than the original Frownies (purchased from their website before) and the glue smells differently. I have requested a refund since these are completely unusable.

Doesn’t seem to work for me. I also received the wrong items. Order states boxes of 7 but only received boxes of 5. Awaiting confirmation from Joom as to their rectifying this issue

They sold me a fake Rasasi Hawas ice. I’ve written about return and refund they said it’ll take up to 8 days to get a reply. Fake product and terrible customer service? Come on.

The colour, fabric and hoodie model are completely different from the original. The fabric is much thinner, and the colour is red. the original hoodie isn’t red at all.

The product is a fake, for sure. Neither the consistency nor the fragrance do not match with the original one. I decided not to use it to avoid any risks. Shame on you!

i wanted an owala for so long and it looks exactly like the photo. there are no scratches, it's in perfect condition and it's lightweight. would recommend
