I have to be completely honest and put my hand up. I was so skeptical about this arriving after I placed the order. I didn't read any reviews until after I purchased it (my fault) and assumed I was going to have a similar experience. But lo and behold, the teddy came! I had no idea when I was ordering it that it would be coming from China so of course it took a couple of weeks to arrive, but I wanted to post a review to say that everything worked out fine in this case and my Son is so happy with it. Great experience.

The product page clearly stated that this is an ORIGINAL Labubu. I didn’t question the price, as it’s well known that prices in China are lower than in Europe. However, what I received were non-original figures. The brown one has a noticeably crooked face, and the other one is made somewhat better, but it is still obviously not original. Delivery was right on time — no issues there. Please, don’t mislead other buyers. Do not list the product as original if it isn’t, even if it is a relatively high-quality replica.

Absolutely disgraceful. Not the same product. Wrong character. Very cheaply made. Tracking from overseas yet arrived via Vinted in Uk. Tracking is false. Looks secondhand. Requested partial refund to save me shipping costs back. Requested to be sent to payment card and received joom credit which cannot be withdrawn. Why do I want credit as I clearly won’t be ordering from joom again! Liers and con artists.

This item is nothing like the photo, it doesnt have a actual button eye, barely any hair, bow is holding on by a thread and much smaller,. The mouth is wrong, no white shirt under dress or collar. Nothing good about this item at all, not worth £5 let alone £29! Completely different plushie doll

Absolutely awful. Fake knock off item not what was advertised something out of a cracker. The website ans process to get a refund awful and made so difficult to put you off would never recomment or use ever agin.

I am very disappointed. It's not the product I ordered. My daughter is very sad too, she's expecting skzoo not this ugly thing😔

This is not what I ordered. I ordered a different doll but it arrived cute but I would have preferred the doll I ordered.

Nothing like what was ordered, it was supposed to be Valentino from Hazbin Hotel! Very disappointed!
