Product arrived in pieces, damaged during shipping. However I was able to put it back together. Works very well. Really cools. The best ot this kind of product I have found. Simple low quality construction doesn't detract from it's functionality. Very reasonable price. I have ordered two more. I reccomend. 😀

Item's box was damaged very badly, from supposedly square format... almost taking the round form of the item inside. The item had various micro scratches and what seemed to be glue residue around the outer (visible) frame.

Item is very nice and as described. I ordered two of these, one with shapes and the other with numbers. Unfortunately, they both came with shapes. Though I have to say that the shapes are different.

Náhrdelník není kvalitní a pecičky za chvíli asi odpadnou. Takže za tu cenu to nestojí. The necklace is not of good quality and the stones will probably fall off soon. So it's not worth the price.

You don’t get the correct product and it is impossible to get in contact with the Support or return the product. Extremely frustrating and my advice is to never use Joom again.

Good product. This is the second time I've bought these. Bad packing though. One arrived broken same as last time, but I was able to repair it.
