I ordered a 5 cm heel ye sent 8 cm the high one...I needed them for wedding..can't wear them too high..have hip replacement so the reason for ordering lower heel..won't.be.ordering from here again...

The original advertisement show a heel of 12cm which is what we were expecting. The supplied show is only 8cm & looks like an old ladies shoe. Very disappointing. We would like a refund.

Definitely not murano glass as in description. Not even the color is matching - a poor imitation of a Pandora charm. Don’t buy, is a piece of junk.

It is not silver. It tarnished after wearing once . Tried to clean it, but won't come back as not silver. So not as advertised.

Looks really nice - a little be stiff at the moment but hopefully this will change with wear - it's a birthday present

They deliver the wrong color and I cant contact the seller even in email they are not responding to message.

Although I paid for the product, I was surprised by the $6 increase in the delivery price
