Zipper broke less then a month in. Got a refund...but won't be ordering from here again....first option was 50% refunded and keep the broken backpack. Said no to that and then given a full refund and then still told to keep the broken backpack(saying once you decline, that its no longer an option, making it sound like 50% was a good option, when next step is 100% refund....).....really sleazy to try to scam people out of half of their refund on a defective cheap item. Last time I order from here.

The quality is fine for that price. The straps seem to be strong despite being thin, the material of the backpack is kinda rough though. It's big and spacious (the dimensions in the product description are correct). It doesn't have any extra pockets on the inside. The backpack arrived two days earlier than expected but I waited almost a week for the seller to send the package.

this bag is so cute and mega spacious :3 (the laptop inside is the Microsoft Surface Pro 9 measuring 11.3 x 8.2 x 0.37 inches (287 x 209 x 9.3 mm) but in this bag it looks like an ipad :0 yeeyyy would recommend!! though be patient as there are long shipping times especially if you’re australian

Zipper broke within three days of school and I wasn’t being rough whatsoever. The zipper continuously got caught and eventually exploded into half💔 Theres no pockets outside or inside to hold water bottles which is fine, but i cant use it anymore since the zipper is gone

This stranger things teenage backpack has two main zips and both broke within days of using the bag. Very poor quality and my son is really upset. It was a birthday gift.

perfect for school, has a lot of space for books and other things, i'm not sure if it wont break after some time tho, but in general it's a good product

broke on the first day I got it, zip just broke apart whilst doing the bag up. very disappointed especially because of 3 week shipping time.
