The WIG order what I bought online is not even Lance Front as in the picture ( £17.10 Christmas Synthetic Lance Front wig ) they sent me anothe Tracking Order wig, It's already FUNNY what JOOM company does with my orders. Both products arrived broken and no way to click for a refund, followed the instructions to get in touch and loops me back to where I started. would appreciate if the company could get in touch with me asap to arrange refund. Also the item was not boxed for transit so was inevitable it would be damaged. Shame because it would have been a lovely ornament.

It came in a bad smelly package, the pillow is full of stains and smells bad. Not happy with the product

The material is a bit stiff when folding it back together so hopefully it will not break soon
