Item received was not the same as the photo advertised. Tried to get a refund and an address to return the item. First of all I was offered a percentage off which I did not want. Customer Services have messaged back and forth asking me to do different things, finally asking me to take photographic evidence that I have given the dress to a Charity before they will issue a refund!! Absolutely ridiculous and completely unreasonable. Didn’t try on dress as cheap and tacky.

As you can see in the video, I picked out a larger number, the sleeves are good, the width is high, the material is OK. I expected better quality, that it would look good on a person. Dress is made of very nice and light fabric and with quality sawing. easy to clean in washing machine. Colors and print are clear and look just like the images. The dimension is just as the sizing chart described. Shipping was quick and dress was packed in safety bag then in post bag. I recommend this seller and product.

I deliberately ordered an xxl because things on here tend to be very small. I should have ordered a smaller size as this is a bit on the large size so I will attempt to modify it. I love the design, it's a shame the fabric is not very good quality but I will still wear it.

Very nice top but it had a hole in it which I attempted to repair Unfortunately I had ordered a grey one and it also had a hole. I feel very disappointed by this and feel that I should not shop with Joom unless you refund money and ensure the quality of the clothes .
