Loui Loui Multi-Balm Mini 3

I've purchased this cream before from other sellers. Not the same product, dries the skin out and thinner in consistency. I don't think it is a genuine product and I paid £54. Not happy. I would like a refund but the website isn't giving me an option to do this.

It came quick, well packaged and 8n good condition, and i got a free gift, thank you, I'm satisfied with my purchase!

Thank you for the free gifts. I really appreciate it ❤️🌸

Highly recommended

The description says there will be 4 creams, I could have easily ordered them elsewhere for 1/3 of the price, for me it's a scam. Of course, only one cream arrived.. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as help on the website, although in the support description it is written in the upper right corner. I am ordering from their website for the last time, there is more misleading information than helpful. I don't even know how to file a complaint

Very good. Works wonderfully. Highly recommended.

You delivered the wrong items to me

The product was used when it arrived, the company does not respond to the complaint I made. Received an answer that the money will be refunded 3/7, it just takes a little time, thank you very much, will shop here again.
