Spray 1 to 2 times into each nostril. Use up to 6 times per day, with at least a 3-hour interval between doses. Adults (15 years and older) and children 7 years and older: Spray 1 to 2 times into each nostril. Use up to 6 times per day. Children under 7 years: Do not use. Directions for Use> This is a convenient, portable metered-dose spray container.1. Remove the cap and hold the container as shown in the illustration. 2. Gently insert the nozzle into the nasal cavity. While inhaling gently, press the trigger 1 to 2 times. 3. After use, wipe the area around the nozzle with a clean tissue or similar, then replace the cap.-When using for the first time, press the pump several times until liquid is dispensed.
