First order from Joom..Was very surprised how good this bag is.. well package and arrived in less than a week to UK. The bag looks exactly like an original (but with no logo) with working lock and good quality silver hardware. Has a slight odour but not too noticeable.

The leather quality is very poor, with excessive creasing and a lack of structure. Bag did not include a strap, which further indicates inconsistency with the product description and presentation. No response from seller at all... avoid..

The detail that is on photo is missing on a received product. Without this detail it is just a bag , and it is very unfortunate that you are delivering not what people

Unfortunately, the handbag does not have the pendant that is shown in the photos. The handbag looks incomplete. Not much, I do not recommend it
