Product Introduction
Yamashita Hobby 1/700 Naval Ship Model Series: Special Type Destroyer Uranami SP Plastic Model with Etched Parts
The destroyer Uranami survived from its completion until 1944, and along with other ships, its anti-aircraft armament was upgraded based on wartime experience.
Like other ships of the time, particularly the Ushio 1944, it was equipped with one twin 25mm gun, four triple 25mm guns, and ten single-track guns.
While the Uranami is well-known for its appearance upon completion, its appearance with upgraded anti-aircraft armament is largely unknown. This model allows you to enjoy recreating its appearance as a model, while also allowing you to enjoy detailed reproduction of its early wartime appearance with the help of etched parts.
The included etched parts allow you to complete the upgraded anti-aircraft armament.
