this is the 3rd bracelet I've ordered - they are well made - and have the correct markings - highly recommend both the seller & the item

One earring came defected and the customer service keeps asking for proof, pictures, video and I still haven’t got my money back.

It has nothing to do with what I ordered. It doesn't match the image. Definitely not silver, too heavy for its size. No marking.
