This product came without any windows driver. I was tried to find a correct driver but never had a success. Also the manual I received is so small and I can't read nothing. I tried to use a scanner but due to the very low analysis of the paper print the result was always very bad. I don't know how other people manage to set us this product from this bas supplier service. Balasopoulos Costas Greece.

Arrived and felt very loose in the bag. Opened the bag and flimsy box very crumpled.Plugged it in, set the water at the correct height, nothing happened. I have tried it consistently on 12v simply refuses to work. In desperation tried it with a 24 transformer still nothing. Is showing short/error on my testing equipment.

This is a used item that doesn't work. The printed date is even earlier than the item I was supposed to replace. I hope it will be replaced quickly. Update: The item has been fully refunded; you just need to be patient.

The delivery time was very reasonable BUT the corner of the tank was damaged in transit. Better packaging would help. See picture below. I will have to attempt a careful repair. Otherwise all looks OK

This product arrived damaged at the corner with closed seal plastic package and taped box! Adapter connector was dirty like used. Devide doesn't work.
