How to use: As a sunscreen: Apply a generous amount 15 minutes before going outdoors. Reapply at least every two hours or after swimming or sweating for 80 minutes. How to protect yourself from the sun: Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher regularly. Other sun protection tips include: Limit outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, a hat, and sunglasses. For infants under 6 months: Consult a doctor.
