Hello Unfortunately, the sizing is completely incorrect. I read all the information on the website regarding size selection, which is why I ordered a size larger than my usual—a 39. My EU size is 38 with an insole length of 24.5 cm, and all shoes with those measurements fit me perfectly, but not the ones I ordered from you. This is definitely not the size you claim to provide; my toes reach the very end, causing pressure. As soon as I took them out of the packaging, I could tell just by looking at them that they would be too small. I have no idea how you produce these sizes, but it is absurd. I'm asking for return the product.

These are very nice boots and exactly as shown - a very smart looking boot and true to size . I sized up one which will allow for warm sock and insole. They are very soft and it is easy to see that the more firm shoe structure part is made with specific shoe cardboard (as with many of the cheaper range shoes today, sadly). The problem with that is, perhaps, the glue used which gives off a strong smell. Hoping it will dissipate after a few days hanging outside in the air.... Fingers crossed 🤞. Otherwise the style and softness with ease if putting on, are really lovely.

Fast delivery, super crocodile pattern hermes bag, i love it, super seller i would recommend to an anybody, perfect packaging without damaging. Thank you guys and good luck to you 😊 🙏

The quality and the shoe size isn’t accurate to the description. And when I wanted a refund they completely ignored my request!

Nice shoes, but double check it's the one you want, I wanted oxblood blood but got brown instead. But they are nice

It’s very nice, stylish ant high quality. Thank you very much! I’m glad that I have the opportunity to buy from you 💜

RED bag! Love it. The fringe looks like someone tried to brush it..or something...but I can live with it.
