My order (LM675MLX) as you can see from the photos is a slopy copy from the original picture. Therefore I was willing to keep them. When I tried to wear them my foot didn't fit. My EU number is 42,5 but the shoes were too narrow and tight even if I ordered No 43. Update: The contact with customer support is a real challenge. Therefore somehow I managed to communicate with the support and there was a response. I'm obligated to reevaluate my comments accordingly with the evolve of this contact.. 2nd update: The customer service response was surprisingly fast and certain. I'm speechless. 😯 I insist to point that the instructions to contact with the support is a challenge but here comes the human factor and interfere to cover up all this lack with fast response and direct actions. Wow! Congrats

Absolutely terrible quality!!! Cheap material! Threads are sticking out everywhere! The item looks nothing like the photos shown on the website! When I opened the package, I honestly didn’t even realize what order it was at first!)) Just awful. I wanted to give it a try, but once again I’ve been reminded that you can’t expect much for this price😅 I’ll be trying to arrange a return.

The product is missing a care label with information on size and washing instructions. Which country was produced and other important information that should be sewn inside. My size is XL but the product I received is S (small). The same day I received the product I made a complaint but customer service has not responded so far. Sorry for the poor service.

After only 2 uses of the said item, the strip has started ripping from the sewn part on the bag. I have not used it for carrying heavy things and am concerned of it's quality, as I intend to use it for school purposes and will have to carry way heavier content. I had high hopes for the item and, I have to say, I am kind of disappointed.

This bag is great. Seems small but a lot of products fit in it. It is available in 4 colors, they are so beautiful it was really hard to pick which one😁. A lot of sections to separate your items. I use it when I travel and also as storage on a daily basis. The price is great for this product and it’s more than any girl would ever need.

A bit smaller than I expected, but the bag overall is great, four pockets, kind of pleasant to touch, regulated shoulder belt and pretty style. side pockets can fit a small bottle, and you can stash quite a lot in the main pocket, the only thing im sad about is that it's way too small for a laptop, otherwise its really good

The coat design is different than described - it looks too large. I requested item return, but on Joom this option doesn't exist! Customer service suggested me to ship it back at my expense which is very high. So I have no choice but to throw it to the rubbish. I got the lesson! Never ever to buy on Joom again!
