Претензия именно к упаковке, из-за которой товар пришёл поврежденным! 😭 It's very disappointing, I really wanted this cap, but it came without a box and was all wrinkled! I have no idea how to restore its shape! The quality of the fabric and seams is good. The issue is with the packaging, which caused the product to arrive damaged! 😭

Thanks for this item. But, is smelly really strange like maggots rice it is, argh! 😤 We have to wash the cap to kill the germs with a special brush. So, I don't know, what kind of smelly not fresh cap is made this from, hm?!! 😰 I let's buy black one next time to need a fresh one, NOT smelly bad. They company needs to walk up to made them items fresh properly.

It came in handy looking like in the picture and it's the right size! The only thing I didn't like was that I had to go to the post office in the center to get a small hat! We are waiting for the whole order to come! And in addition it came after 2 months! But otherwise the product has nothing! It's perfect! Thanks anyway!

The cap looks ok but it was not the colour I had ordered. The invoice clearly states camouflage colour I received beige.Mistakes can happen but the seller should rectify the mistake with another cap with the camouflaged colour I had ordered

The name on the cap is embroidered inside out. It looks stupid. Joom offered a refund if I destroyed the cap and sent them a photo or video of the destroyed item. I guess it's a satisfactory resolution after waiting 5 weeks for delivery.
