Very nicely made product. Sadly the one I received had an open circuit white LED on arrival. I submitted a "Problem with a product" message on the app and was immediately offered a 50% refund as it was otherwise usable. I said I would prefer to wait for a replacement as the light feature had been my main reason for choosing that product. The customer service agent subsequently gave me a 100% credit with no requirement to return the item. Thank you Joom

Ordered costumes online and received products of shockingly poor quality. The colors didn’t match what was shown or expected. The masks were destroyed in shipping - compressed completely flat with no way to restore their proper shape. To make matters worse, the plastic was cracked, so the elastic straps couldn’t even be attached properly. The overall quality is terrible. Would not recommend to anyone. Complete waste of money.

This hat is huge! It will surely keep you warm at a cold, windy weather. It smells, but that is normal, since it came out of a factory, I'm sure won't smell like that after a wash - ALWAYS wash your clothes, before you put them on yourself and keep wearing them. Thank you everyone who helped this item get delivered. Thank you Joom! Overall, the item is great! 🐻🐻🐻🐻🐻/🐻🐻🐻🐻🐻

They had a bit of a smell, the way they charge is cool, the charger flashes a light to let you know it's charging and when it's done doing so it stops flashing. Personally didn't enjoy them much, and they kept slipping off, but I see that as a preference and something to do with my anatomy so I think this is a good product.

I bought this product for the state of softness it leaves your hair. Its no straigtener cream but it really leaves your hair soft and light. Breakage there was but its the first time of use so i need to see how much good it is in this field. What ever the case its surely leaves ypur hair smooth and smells great.

Item as described, great service, very good value, prompt delivery. Responsive seller and fantastic service. The delivery was exceptionally speedy. Arrived faster than I expected. The quality of the wrapping was great. Nothing was damaged. Notably wonderful packaging, highly recommended Thanks! A++++++

My cat loves it, the ball starts moving when she touch it and has different lighting that keeps her entertained. I will upload a video later when she is playing with it. I tried to upload a video but the format of my video doesn’t support it here for some reason so I only upload some photos from video.
