Good afternoon, this is my first order on Joom, and I am very disappointed. I ordered a genuine leather backpack-style bag, as described in the seller's card, but I received a completely different bag made of faux leather, which is smaller in size and has a different model and color. The bag does not match the photos provided by the seller. It is of very poor quality. It will be impossible to wear. It has a pungent odor.

You charge me twice on the same bag. I want to get refund even in the form of credit to my acount at joom

The bag was smaller than I expected but is otherwise nice quality. I am using it now regularly

It fits my 11" tablet with keyboard + all gadgets and rain jacket i need when scootering.

The bag is beautiful. It looks very luxurious and feels nice. It's very roomy too.
