Hello My beautifull phone case has arrived finally but it is way to big !!! wrong case!! Do you have the same cover to suit my "I phone 8s" and how do I return this one please. Now I am trying to contact them and am finding it very difficult. Keep getting a scan code for my phone app. Not interested. Just want the correct case or my money back. Is there someone who can contact me via email please. Thank you.

The item looks and feels excellent … BUT ! The product designers failed to correctly align the camera porthole with the iPhone SE camera lens. Photos cannot therefore be taken with the cover in place. I had to use a hole punch to do my best to modify the camera porthole, which was difficult, ending in an untidy piece of work. I will attach a photo of my old effective Apple case and the new problem ‘Joom case'.

The product is very good it was only one little thing wrong with it there was no a hole for my flashlight on the phone even though it was the right model for my phone the Motorola e40 but somehow the flashlight hole was not punched through and that also affects my flash taking pictures at night so I have to remove the cover to do it

The case seems pretty sturdy for the price, I can't complain about that! My one grumble; Why anyone uses Evri for delivery I will NEVER understand! I know this parcel was delayed getting to the UK, but it took Evri about another two weeks to get it to me!

This case is more plastic. The screen power button is not protected. It will do as a temporary case, but it is better to buy another one. Colors as in the picture, looks cool. Bought as a temporary solution. The delivery was fast.

Great phone case. My second time ordering. Unfortunately, the paint does rub off after a couple months of consistent use, but for this price it's expectable.

This case did not fit my phone so I had to cut it to size. Very disappointing I needed to cut it at the back and on the side where the volume button is.

It's not the right item. It's too small for my S21 FE 5G. It doesn't fit in. The on/off and other dots on the side are not at the right position
