Worst customer service ever. I’ll never buy from Joom again. The shoes I ordered didn’t fit me properly and weren’t comfortable, so I wanted to return or exchange them. Not only did I have to deal with an unexpected $21 FedEx shipping fee even though shipping was listed as free when I made the purchase, but they also expect me to pay international shipping costs to return or exchange the shoes. I tried contacting customer service, but all I got was an AI chatbot with no real help and no way to properly speak with a real person. Returns are a hassle, customer service is terrible, and the fees aren’t clearly disclosed. Please don’t buy from this crappy online platform. Save yourself the trouble

First all, I am very satisfied with this pair of shoes. They are top notch quality. That said, I have the following advice. They fit slightly big, and are slightly wider than most shoes. I’ve tried to take as accurate pictures as I could to illustrate that. That said, it is a very solid hiking/trekking shoe. And you will have very good grip because the sole is Continental rubber.

The shoe came in today, I placed my order on the 7th and it came in today 9th 💕, I love it, I bought it as gifts to my husband unfortunately the other one i got was out of stock, so they sent only this one, the quality is top notch 👌 my 1st time using Joom i will definitely buy again. I recommend 👍 about size i will update when i give him the shoe, but i bought his regular size 😍

The shoes are very nice. The only problem was the size. I normally wear 42.2/3 from adidas. But this time it was too fit. My toe was in pain after 30 min of wearing them. Luckily I sold them to a friend of mine and I ordered 43.1/3. I am waiting for the new pair now.

A very very decent shoe at a more than reasonable price. I have narrow feet and I was a bit worried that I would get a large toe box. The toe box is standard size. The shoe is comfortable and relatively easy to slide your foot in the shoe. A great shoe all around.

I used to wear different shoe sizes depending of brand and model. I guessed that 42eu of these martens would be fit well, so I was right. My 1st martens. Awesome. Also, some of my shoes are 9us men's while these are 10us and it still fits good.

These are the best trail shows I’ve ever had. The Vibram MEGAGRIP sole provides for the excellent grip. The shoe is comfortable. It is a bit wide in the front, but I do have narrow feet. All in all, a great shoe. I recommend it !
