The product description very clearly said genuine leather. What arrived was nylon and plastic and completely the wrong thing. The precoded options under refunds and returns does not even include one that says 'we sentyou the wrong productAnd once you penetrate the dark circle of hell that is their complaints dept they automatically offer you 50% refund and tell you to keep the wrong product. Why on earth would I want do that? Avoid JOOM and all who sail in her.

These are not voile curtains, they are not see through. They don't come as a pair of curtains, I thought I'd ordered two pairs of curtains but instead got two curtains. The design shown in the picture on two separate curtains are printed on one curtain together on the wider sizes.

Hello, I have no complaints about the wax spoon, but I thought it was a Spoon + Melt set, but it turns out they only delivered the spoon. The description should have stated: Wax oven NOT INCLUDED.( about 8$ for 1 spoon its very expensive)

Impossible to put on the couch to look like in the photos even though I got the larger 4 seat size. the fabric quality is poor and they only sent one pillow case of which the zipper quality is terrible. Definitely NOT worth €90.
