I ordered a case for the Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G, but they sent me one for the 5G version. Consequently, there is no 3.5mm headphone jack cutout, and the microphone holes on the body are covered, making the phone unusable. This is despite me clearly selecting the option for the Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G when placing the order.
